More Settings - Not There

Post by Albert F A Matthews »

Hi,

I reached out for support over a week ago and must say I am not impressed to
have not had no response at all.

my issue is with the pop settings as I can not assign a form
to it as you will see in my image of my more settings as they
are all the settings I have to work with.

Can a fellow member help me or does admin hang around in here
as its my first time posting, thanks to all who read this.

Hi,

I don't understand the issue, when you validate the form, it will not save ?

you do not see half the settings are missing ?

select a form ? other bits that or normally there on the right

they are on every other form, just not the pop up form where I need it.....

How does someone submit a support ticket or is this forum the only place to get any support ?

So I been looking for settings that are not supposed to be there,

checked the code and it was like something was missing,

I noted in a tutorial I watched, use the custom shortcode to create the form...

it would be so easy to assign the form on the page. you guys must have your reasons
