I know you did some backend word but I have tested it and the mail chimp thank you page does NOT appear once someone enters their details.

I have not heard back from my last email to you over a week ago?

I've just gotten FTP access for the site but can only upload wp-subscribers in zip format and of course this won't work.

The FTP won't let me upload the expanded wp-subscribers plugin folder

What else can I try? This is very weird problem.

I have tried adding the custom CSS also - changing the form height and width makes no difference at all. The form will not go smaller.

There is still a lot of excess space that I cannot remove - see what I mean here...
