I need to change the size of the name and email dialog boxes. It works on my other sites correctly, but on this site the boxes are too narrow. Please help! Thank you!

How do you resize the dialog boxes? Please look at my attachment. I'd like them to be the same length as the subscribe button and fit the image height. Thank you!
