Thanks. My problem was that I was using the "id" instead of the "name" of the input field.

So I was incorrectly using

Form NAME field: signup_name
Form EMAIL field: signup_email

Would be great to see WPS and W3TC work together. W3TC is probably the best and one of the most popular plugins on Wordpress. I have unfortunately had to make the decision on which to uninstall and it's WPS that has had to go. I don't like wasting money so what is the refund policy for WPS?

It appears that the form variables are not being sent (well I don't see the email address that i am registering with appearing in myMad Mimi subscribers list)

It seems that the variables (name and email address) are not being sent (when i look at my Mad Mimi subscribers the email address I am testing is not in the list).
