Thanks. My problem was that I was using the "id" instead of the "name" of the input field.
So I was incorrectly using
Form NAME field: signup_name
Form EMAIL field: signup_email

Mad Mimi Integration problems
Has anyone successfully integrated with Mad Mimi? It seems that the variables (name and email address) are not being sent (when i look at my Mad Mimi subscribers the email address I am testing is not in the list).
