The last release of the pagelines theme use twitter bootstrap who have a modal script inside, this modal script enter in conflict with WPSubscribers, to correct you can replace the file script.bootstrap.min.js in the js subfolder by this one http://www.wpsubscribers.com/pagelines/script ...
