merci pour l'astuce, effectivement cela reste un probleme de configuration de wordpress et du serveur.

activé ou bien installé, ce n'est pas la meme chose. l'installer c'est l'envoyer sur votre site wordpress par ftp par exemple ou bien avec le procédure.
activé, c'est juste pour la license, mais ca ne l'installe pas.
on peut prendre rdv par skype pour vous assistez, mais sinon je pense qu'il manque ...
