I now have version 6.1.6.0 and still does not work, even with the 'Adjust resolution for portrait' flag set on MISC

Any suggestions?

I have installed latest version 6.1.3.0. In previous version 6.0.8 I was able to get portrait to resize in proportion 900x600 -> 600x900, but with same settings it does not work (get 400x600).
What setting should I have set to get that resolution?
