depuis quelle application vous imprimez ( word, navigateur internet ) ?
est ce que c'est une application windows 8 ( plein ecran ) ou une application classique du bureau ?

do you have the full version ( pro ) of greencloud or the trial ?
also, I think you may have several other pdf creator program installed, and so maybe a conflict with the internal version used by greencloud.

you should not upload in zip but all the files in the folder /wp-content/plugins
