Look The tool for translation, is the official tool , This will must have been installed along with the program

Reinstalling the application, must have, in case not installing Properly

Look man, you have that install the program and the translation tool .exe will be in the folder below:

The tool for translation location is in the directory of the program for default installation in:

C:\Program Files\ObviousIdea\Image Resizer 4\Lang\EditLoc.exe

On the latest version I don't have the trasnlation tool.
