So far I haven't seen it, but I'm not overly experienced with WPSubscribers.

I thought there was an ability to choose from a number of designs when creating the optin forms.

Is that true or do you pretty much have to customize each one?

It seems to handle everything else. But not sure about how well it can do squeeze pages in Wordpress.
