WordPress 3.5 made a lot of changes to jquery that affected MANY plugins that utilize jquery. That's why that's my assumption of what we're dealing with with this one.

I'm on a similar hunt to what Shane is seeking. Many of the popup templates do a respectable job of offering the form in a horizontal view... but the in-post box defaults to a top-down format. What custom css needs added to get the content elements inside .ia_form to display in a horizontal manner?

That would be a really neat feature to allow us to do on-the-spot quick surveys. This might be particularly useful when trying to find out the interest area of people hitting our high-bounce seo-traffic'd pages that may not be converting well.

It's certainly worth a try Andy. We tried a lot of things prior but so much has changed in the W3 codebase that anything might be worth testing. This remains an ongoing glaring problem that must be fixed soon.
