Unfortunately Windows Mail doesn't support the MAPI interface that most other clients (including Outlook) support. The only solution is to save and add the PDF to your mail manually.
I've sent you an email with your details!
Can you provide your log file, and one of the images with the issue (original and resized copy)?
The log can be accessed by pressing Ctrl-Alt-L in Light Image Resizer.
I will send you a private...
Hi, and Happy New Year!
I've sent you a private message with a beta to try.
I tested on two different machines, but could not reproduce the problem.
Nevertheless I prepared a modified installer, which might have some effect, so feel free to try:...
Interesting, it's supposed to work either way. If you can tell me the full installation path you used before on D:\, I will try to reproduce the problem. And D: is a normal hard disk?
Weird... did you install LIR in the default location (C:\Program Files (x86)\ObviousIdea\Light Image Resizer 5) or a custom folder?
Please try to apply this registry file, to see if it makes any difference:
LIR_RemoveLegacyCommand.zip
Just download and open or extract the zip file, then open the registry file and confirm the...
Are you using Windows 10 or which version?
There appears to be an issue with the latest Windows 10 release and certain display adapters.
Can you try this version and let me know if you still see the error:...
You can try just a re-install with the current version then.
As far as I remember there has never been such an option.
Sounds like some registry entries might have been corrupted. Please try to uninstall Light Image Resizer, then re-install the latest version available on our website.
Thanks for your suggestion. We will consider it for a future version!
Hi,
what's your username on PhotoOnWeb? Or are you uploading to your own web space?
The attached image works over here, but it has probably been scaled down by the forum software. Can you upload the original file somewhere, or send it by email: philipp [at] obviousidea [dot] com
The license key is stored in the registry, so you should be able to deploy it via script or reg file for example.
Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ObviousIdea\ImageResizer\5.0
Name: ...
Yes, the issue was fixed a while ago. If you're using the latest version it should be fine.
Great, thanks!
Ok, in fact Windows determined that you can't write to this location. It's odd, because it should be the same for any application.
So it could be a bug in Windows, or something is wrong with that...
Can you post a screenshot of the error?
Are you using the latest version 7.8.2.1 of GreenCloud Printer?
You can check the version by clicking on the info icon in the top right corner within the application.
Nice! By the way, it shouldn't prompt to restart when uninstalling from now on ;)
This was a tough one, but after lots of testing, I finally found it!
Please check out this version:

Really strange... I can't reproduce this at all. As Windows 10 does fast boot by default, can you try if it's related to the reboot maybe?
