Hi,

GreenCloud doesn't have a watermark option itself, but did you check your printer's settings within GreenCloud (gear icon next to the printer selection), to see if it's set up correctly?

The default resize mode is "Fit", which will keep the aspect ratio. In your case please make sure to select "Stretch" mode instead.

Unfortunately Windows Mail doesn't support the MAPI interface that most other clients (including Outlook) support. The only solution is to save and add the PDF to your mail manually.

Can you provide your log file, and one of the images with the issue (original and resized copy)?
The log can be accessed by pressing Ctrl-Alt-L in Light Image Resizer.
