Activating WPSubscribers Totally breaks theme

Best Wordpress plugin to engage your users and collect their email. You can use header alerts, popups, or exit pages, and it works with any popular emailing service such as Mailchimp or AWeber

Activating WPSubscribers Totally breaks theme

Post by Toni Laird »

I have already sent a support ticket as this is a live site! When I activate the plugin it breaks my theme. Seems to be effecting the style sheet! The home page is fine but not upon navigating to another post. Also when i add the html opt in code and click on the for the 'save changes' it doesn't work or save. I would appreciate a fast response

Hi,

You just activate the plugin without create a first popup ? if yes can you try this : http://forum.obviousidea.com/threads/30 ... -disappear
For the optin there is a issue with the last version of Chrome and mailchimp is it your case ? the solution is to use another browser just to save the optin, or enter manually WITHOUT click on the detect button, if you like you can send me the form and I can give you the parameters.

Hi Jean

Both your solutions fixed it for me. I had already found the other thread re: http://forum.obviousidea.com/threads/30 ... -disappear which solved it and then as you wrote add the form manually. I found saving the opt in code didn't work in any Browser but the manual input did. Many thanks and appreciate your support

Regards

Toni
