    "Save as PDF" Option Problems

    I often use the GreenCloud printer to create PDF files directly instead of printing to a PDF printer like ScanSoft PDF Create! After doing this for about 10 documents, suddenly GreenCloud gives me an error message "PDFCreaterPilot not found. Please try to re-install GreenCloud Printer." Then if I then re-install GreenCloud, I am again able to "Save to PDF" for another 20 or so documents until the "not found" error crops up again.

    Why does this happen? Is GreenCloud really that buggy?

    Are you using the latest GreenCloud 7.6.8.0?
    And what's your Windows version?

    Sorry, I forgot about my question. But I am still experiencing this problem from time to time.

    To answer your question, Phil, I am using GreenCloud 7.6.8.0 with Windows 7. And everytime I reinstall GreenCloud I am shortly asked to install the latest upgrade -- so I should have the latest version on my PC.

    Please check if PDFCreatorPilot.dll is present in "C:\Windows\system32" when the error occurs.
