Error Message with WPSubscribers plugin with WP!! Plugin crashes, have to reinstall!!

Hi have the lastest WP and WBSubscribers software installed and running on my WordPress Install. I have been randomly getting this error message:

The plug in then disappears from my WP admin panel and I have to reinstall it. I have checked my Chrome browser cookies setting and they are all on and normal.

This keeps happening.

When did you have this error ? is during the licence validation ?
