Hi

Just don't fill the Name field in the "Setup option code" this field is not required in WPS but verify that's the same in your mailing list software

Hi, thanks for this, sorry, I should have been clearer, I'm trying to exclude the Name field from one specific form, is this possible? Is there custom code I could add to effect this? Thanks :)

Hi,

The best way to do this is to create differents optin code (1 with the name and 1 without) and in the form choose the optin code you would like.
