Unlock key code

I have within the last week purchased with PayPal two unlock code keys.
Two e-mails later (with no responce) and I still have not recieved the codes!
Please can someone respond to my mails.

hi Paul,

we receive all the emails, so either we didn't received it ( did you use the form ) or. the opposite : you don't receive ours.

if you can contact us by facebook PM, or skype please let me know, as I can't find what is your email or order ID with this only message.

Not sure what is going on here!!!!
I have sent an email to '[email protected]' asking for the reason why I have not recieved the key codes and I have still had no reply!!!!!
PayPal will not get involved because the purchase was a virtual purchase item.
How are the key codes sent to the purchaser?
Normally I would not be so persistent but I have paid Obviousidea the fee for the code.

Hi I order my 15 Jun 2013 sent a few emails no answers so I decided to open PayPal dispute: PP-002-449-496-447 but no reply yet ...
