Graphics not Printing

Post by arc950 »

I am using Windows 7 32bit and a Canon Pixma iP1600 printer.

When I print to GreenCloud with a mixture of text and graphics the graphics display on the preview but when I print to printer some graphics are there and some are not. Printing a .jpg on it's own is OK.

One of the web sites giving problems is http://www.bom.gov.au

Please tell us some more information about the problem:
- Which web browser are you using to print the page?
- What's the version of GreenCloud installed on your system? (You can check this by clicking the little "i" icon in the top right corner in GreenCloud).

I am using GreenCloud printer version 7.3.0.1

The problem occurs with Internet Explorer version 9.0.8112.16421 and Comodo Dragon version 18.0.3.0, this is a version of Google Chrome modified by Comodo.

I have made some screen prints of http://www.bom.com.au using IE9 but they are too big to post here and so I have uploaded them to my web site:-

Screen Print of GreenCloud Preview
Screen Print of Canon Preview

As you can see the graphics are there in GreenCloud preview but not in the Canon preview. I have printed http://www.bom.com.au via GreenCloud and printed is the same as the preview. When I print direct to the Canon printer all the graphics print.

It took a bit longer than expected, but this issue has been fixed now.

You can grab the update here:
