I am using XP Pro. I installed and rebooted. Greencloud is my default printer, but when I print, I never SEE the interface screen?? When I look at status of printer, it shows document as "printed" but I have NO idea how to tell it to actually print to my laser printer???
to debug this, we would need a direct discussion and a remote assistance session ( skype, facebook, msn, google+ ) as you are the first ones to report this and we didn't see it during our test. please help us to help you !

I am having similar problem on Win7pro.
Greencloud is properly installed as the default printer,
but nothing appears when I print word processor documents.
This seems to be universal problem with other applications.
Can someone describe what happened to this original posting?
I am not getting the interface that should be available. I can select Greencloud from my print window but I don't get a preview or any other features. Instead I go directly to the print window and can click on ok and I have no idea where it goes or I can click on properties and then Additional Properties with tabs: General, Paper, Agent, About. I'm not sure if I need to change these settings? I can't seem to find any information on how to get the interface I need. Can someone help me? Thank you!!!
