i have max cdn installed on my my site and when ever i activate wp-subscriber , maxcdn stops working from w3cache plugin,
wp-subscribers releases and output called
define('DONOTCDN', true);
how do i remove that?
cdn is not working because of wp-subscribers

well i got a reply from support that i will be replied here , he also said that pop doesnt support cdn.
well i really need to use cdn , and i am using pop up from other company so can you please tell me how can i enable my cdn , we should have a option of using enabling or disabling this.

the problem isn't the CDN, but the cache of the page ( which is pretty close I admit )
CDN can be the cache of all statics ressources ( images, css, js ) and not the page itself. ( not the php pages )
so it depends how you are using it.
I didn't try maxcdn , so I don't know what kind of cache it is doing. we have added a pragma to prevent to cache the page, to keep the compatibility with the popup code.
