Restore images to its original resolution and size - no backup but have ini file

Hi .. I have converted large size into small ones. i resized original photos, I used previous pre settings my mistake and all my photo look like a passport size now . and pixeled
is there any way I can get original (iphone 5 ) size photos back. they are about 100 photos.
I also tried to upgrade resolution option but still not much difference.
I also tried option to import ini in advanced and click importing profiles which auto opens profiles ini from c: drive .. but it say importing failed.
so dont know what to do or is there any other software can be used to restore it to original.
I am thinking of windows restore but not sure if it will restore photos or not.
Or something like if image resizer send original to recycle bin before re sizing original onces.

Hurray ....Problem Solved ....by restoring from recycle bin and manually removing small size images ... could find any other option.
