ClickBank popup?

Hi everyone, this is my first post, and I hope you can be of assistance. Does anybody have any wordpress plugin that allows me to pop-under a web-page with an commission junction link?
Please help me! Any advice would be so much appreciated.

Updated; I did find this PDF file describing how to get a free clickbank popup plugin for any website. It's not very pretty and I would not recommend it if you know Javascript but it's better then nothing
