Add Vignette Option to LIR

Hello,
I enjoy using the Light Image Resizer. I wish to suggest adding a Vignette option for Batch Processing and possibly a slider to indicate the radial size of the vignette. We could also think of option of choosing a colour for the vignette. Default should be black though.
