2 problems

1. we have a networked printer. Canon. 2 drivers installed for it - one for printing in B&W and one for Colour. When we select B&W within greencloud it will still print out in colour. If we bypass greencloud and go straight to the printer it prints out as it should (B&W)
2. Some pdf documents print out symbols (like wingdings, etc) instead of the actual text. No strict rule to when this happens though.
