When dragging and dropping photos in Windows Explorer using the right mouse button, a context menu appears. There should be a Light Image Resizer item in this context menu to use the target folder as the destination for resizing the dropped files. For your reference, another application which has this type of functionality is 7-zip File Manager. I would by the upgrade in a flash if this feature was added.
