in running a commercial studio, how do you prevent clients from reprinting images outside the studio by locking image resizing while maintaining their quality. making the image a view only file

I'm not aware of a standard image format that would allow you to do this. PDF standard allows for certain restrictions (disallow printing for example), but not all PDF readers respect this, which means it could probably be circumvented easily. Please also note that this is not supported by Light Image Resizer currently.
