PhotoLikr windows app notes

We are working on a concept application for windows to work with the web service.
here some notes about how it works , which could be updated with future version :
if instant_rating ( online connection required ) is turned on, an likr record is created / updated
Upload all files doesn't create likr records.
Upload files / photos are stored first on the storage server, files are "public" with this naming rule
photolikr.obviousidea.com/storage / username / computername / unit / path
a script is able to upload / move files to picasa storage ( hardcoded account for now ) and update the path of the file in the likr database
