Help with make a CD Cover?

I have a CD cover that I got online and I would like to know what settings I have to use so it will print out in the correct size so I can put in in my CD jewl case.

If you're printing image with Windows built-in print function, it may come out wrong. I would use Word, or a CD cover software.
