GreenCloud does not gain focus.

When I print a job and GreenCloud then runs, the focus does not move to it. I have to click on its taskbar icon to switch windows.

Is this by design or is it a bug?

I'm on Win 11.

It's supposed to receive focus once the print job has finished. In a quick test it works as expected on Win 11 24H2.

What's your Windows 11 version, and from what application are you printing to GreenCloud?

I've printed from word, excel, ultraedit and foxit pdf reader. same result on all.

I tried on 3 machines with the same OS build, but none of them show this behavior.

Did you try to do a reboot yet? Sometimes it can help with weird issues like this one.

Also, do you have any third party antivirus solution or other system tools installed, that might interfere?

yes, I've rebooted. I've just got MS Defender as an AV. I'll try installing it on a different pc and see what happens. Or maybe try it in safe mode.

Anyway, now that I know this is not the expected behavior, I'll work on resolving it and let you know.
