is there a need for a new picture viewer, to edit, save to jpeg .jpg, enhance pictures automatically ? sort ? view on a second screen.

I always use to use windows image viewer which is enough for mu usages so let me tell you that if you have some complexed and technical work then use ACD see and Adobe Photo shop.
