wpsubscribers is killing my admin bar and footer.

Any ideas?

Problem solved in meantime.

Went to Create Opt In Forms >>> Selected Configure Display >>> and turned all check boxes to 'Do Not Display'.

It's cleared the problem but have no idea why!

The issue is with some installation there is variable that doesn't exist and the tip reinitialize all.
