Perhaps I've missed something but I find that when visitors subscribe, click on the confirmation link in their email box they are added to my mailchimp account. However, shouldn't they also be added to my users/members list in wordpress

Hi Jean,
I got your subscription, thank you. So you're confirming that if a visitor subscribes to my site the details only go to Mailchimp but not to my WordPress? If this is so would you know of any plugin that could sync both?

Hi Toni,
yes it's that it's only to mailchimp, the problem is to make 2 differents think with only 1 form .
Also the WP system ask for a password, and if you add to the wp your customer will receive 2 differents email 1 from mailchimp and 1 from you WP with a pasword confirm, I don't know if it's a good idea.
I don't know it there is plugin to synch mailchimp with the wp members.

That's fine Jean. If this is the way thousands of others use WPSubcribe that's fine. I really like this plugin. i almost bought Pippity as I read it was easy to set up but yours had more options. I will also write a review as I was able to create a optin pop up with WPSubscribe in 5 minutes! It is also as easy as Pippity! You have an awesome plugin
