Feature Request: Sticky Widget Optin

Hi, this is a feature request. Can you make sidebar widget optin to stick when people scrolls down the page. To understand what I mean here is a live example: http://leahbutlersmith.com/
Just scroll down the page and you will see on the right, in the sidebar, an optin form, and when you scroll down more you will notice that the optin widget will become sticky.
Can you make wpsubscribers to do that?
