Pop up flashes, then makes screen go gray

I did all the suggestions on the troubleshooting, but here's what happens when I have this EXIT POPUP activated:
1. I go to the site and the popup flashed briefly before the page loads, the page loads briefly, then the screen over the site is dimmed and I can't click anything.
2. When the plugin is disabled, everything is normal.
I am using PageLines with WishList Member and TablePress.
