Possible bug in latest version...

Version 4.5.8.0
Windows 8.1.
I did a batch resize of 26,000 files.
Changed them from 512x512 to 93x93. Lanczos. Jpeg 100%.
Resize and create copies.
That worked.
At the end, rather than exit, I told it to work with the same files again.
This time I changed it to resize the same photos to 46x46 and put them into a different destination.
When I hit start, it hung and never recovered. It never showed progress, but it did do the resizing and completed the task.
