Hi,

We are using Parallex theme and the popup is showing up at the bottom of the page rather than on top of the page, where we want in when someone visit the home page.


The URL for the site is: http://goshowonline.com/

The theme used is Oneup from Pixel identity.


Let me know where I am doing wrong, or is there any conflict with theme codes?

I think the issue come from the popup system "Simple Modal" do you have another popup plugin or did you know if the theme use popup inside it ?

I am sure the theme use lightbox option which is inbuilt to display portfolio's, and am not using any Simple Modal plugin as of such, so not sure, if the theme's lightbox functionality is conflicting with it or not.

An insight would be appreciated.

If you try the "live preview" with an other theme did you have this problem ?
