Footer disappears, fix not working

Hi, after activating plugin, my footer disappears, and site shows 500 internal server errors on every page. Deactivate plugin, server errors stop. Can't show screen shot of error as don't want to have site down for any length of time.
I've tried this fix:

...but it didn't work. What to do now please?

Hi,
It's very difficult to find a solution without seeing the issue on live (It's the first time I listen this issue) and I understand it's impossible for you to stop your website.
It's better for you to ask the refund.

Hi,
The screenshot can't help me, only to see the issue live and to check if there is no incompatiblity with other plugin.
You can send me a temporary admin account by private message but I must activate WPS to see what's happend.

Hi,
I'm searching but I din't find the issue, I make a copy of all your page and post on my own computer and it's working.
Maybe you have a lot of page and the server stop the php when WPS try to test on which page he must show the popup, but the only way to know if it's that is to look the log server and find why php stop the execution of WPS

Managed to get it working. If it helps anyone else, PHP server error was
PHP Warning: Unknown: Input variables exceeded 1000. To increase the limit change max_input_vars in php.ini.
Once I updated this, activated wpsubs then this fix worked:
