Send the translation of the language to be integrated into the database Light Image Resizer 4.
Is the official tool , This will must have been installed along with the program:
C:\Program Files\ObviousIdea\Image Resizer 4\Lang\EditLoc.exe

you can edit it directly by turning on the option on top right ( edit translation ) and click on little green or orange bullet.

On the latest version I don't have the trasnlation tool.
I want to translate in Serbian.

The tool for translation location is in the directory of the program for default installation in:
C:\Program Files\ObviousIdea\Image Resizer 4\Lang\EditLoc.exe
C:\Program Files\ObviousIdea\Image Resizer 4\Lang\RSZ_original.ini
C:\Program Files\ObviousIdea\Image Resizer 4\Lang\DFW_original.ini
There you go encounter one tool for translation:
For "Light Image Resizer" and "Digital Frame Wizard" called: EditLoc.exe
For to edit the files RSZ_original.ini of the "Light Image Resizer" and DFW_original.ini of the "Digital Frame Wizard".
Well,
for stay more easy
I recommend copy the EditLoc.exe for a folder in the Desktop and files Lang, too one copy of the version in english of each one RSZ.ini and DFW.ini make a second copy and rename with your Location, enjoy.

I don't have the EditLoc.exe file.
This is why I ask for the translation exe

Look man, you have that install the program and the translation tool .exe will be in the folder below:
