Watermark Rotation cannot Reset

hi,
I used 45.0 degree on watermark rotation but now it wont reset. I keep resetting it to zero, but the next time I restart, it goes back to 45 degree. I checked profile.ini file and could not see a parameter that relates to rotation. How do I reset it?
I use Light Image Resizer version 4.0.8.0
