ActiveCampaign integration form

Goodmorning everyone,
I installed and activated wpsuscribers.
I pasted the HTML code of a form of Active Campaign
Unfortunately, the software does not properly recognize the fields automatically.
And when I save the changes, I have a 403 error page.
How do I run the plug-in properly?
