"floating point division by zero" error
get this on firrt print after install.
simple text file
windows 17134
i have sent error report
7.8.3 and 7.8.4 same problem
nothing in windows event viewer

There appears to be an issue with the latest Windows 10 release and certain display adapters.
Can you try this version and let me know if you still see the error:
greencloud_printer_update_7.8.4.1.exe

Thanks for the test update, it works!
strangely the problem onl occurred on my acer laptop which uses nvidia mx100 and intel uhd810 graphics combo. i have 3 desktops using a variety of othe adapters and they do not show problem.
