PDF printing errors

In many cases, and from diferent applications, PDF document is printed adding +1 to all characters. For example, CUIT is printed DVJJ, TURISMO is printed UVSJTNP.
Same document is printed OK at the Epson printer I have.

Hello,
so when printing a PDF to GreenCloud, do you see incorrect characters in GreenCloud already, or only when printed from there?
Also, please tell me which version of Windows and GreenCloud you are using, and from which source application you are printing when this happens.

Running Windows 10 updated, with Green Cloud 7.9.2.0, printing from Adobe Acrobat Reader. Incorrect characters are observed in Green Cloud screen, previous to order printing .

Strange, usually Acrobat Reader works best. Can you try to print it from Microsoft Edge?

Thanks for your answer. Using Microsoft Edge, print out looks OK
