printing mirrored

hi!
I purchased the pro version of greencloud printer. if I start the print on the screen everything seems normal. but when I'm printing the paper comes out mirrored. exporting in PDF everything is fine.

Hi Michael,
is it the same for all of your print jobs, no matter which application, or does it happen only when printing from a specific application or document?
Also, please let me know your version of Windows and GreenCloud Printer, and which printer you are using.

hey!
it's not the same for every application. it seems that microsoft applications work fine, while others does not.
if you want I can send you an example.
windows version = windows 11 pro - 22H2
greencloud printer version = 7.9.2.0

I received the files.
Can you check the printer settings in GreenCloud (button with gear symbol next to printer selection) to see if maybe your printer driver has an option to mirror the output?

I had a look, but there's no option for mirroring.
but it seems that it's a brother-specific problem. if I change the printer I don't have any problems.
