So far I haven't seen it, but I'm not overly experienced with WPSubscribers.

I thought there was an ability to choose from a number of designs when creating the optin forms.

Is that true or do you pretty much have to customize each one?

you have so far 13 templates in the popup opt in. but for some optin forms, the design needs to be customized. the most efficient email collector is still the popup optin form, it's where you have multiple design, and we will add more in the future.
