I'll be launching a retail product site soon. I Have the wp subscribers script.
Wanted to know if anyone has any current experience
or recommendations on the most effective method to
use the script on a retail (non business opp site).

I've used 'exit pops' (with free ebook) in the past with success, but I
understand these are viewed as less effective within the current
ecommerce atmosphere. Plus I was using Exit Pop on a different type
of web site. It was not a retail product site, it was an educational site.

I've never been a fan of passive (non interactive) optin boxes but
clearly these must work for many.

Any advice, tips or suggestions are appreciated.

I think myself, the best way to get the attention are the header bar, and the popup, more than the exit, but it depends on how you do them ?
