Please help...I need to get this to work and am currently stuck.

I downloaded Configure SMTP WP plugin and am getting errors in that when I click to send through gmail smtp...

The thing is that I use Tribulant Newsletter plugin and that sends emails without any issue.

Wondering where to go next.....

do you have live page with the referral program ? to see how it is integrated.
don't you have any other plugin such contact form 7 to create a contact from your web site, to check if the internal function mail() of the wordpress configuration is working ?

we can check with you by a skype connection + teamviewer too.
