I want that once a user opens my site, he/she will be presented with the pop up form. Either they will fill it or close it by clicking on X. I want that this form should not be displayed to that user in that session. How can do it?

close action isn't saved for a period, so you should put the popup display location to 1 time per day only. after how many time you would like to see the dialog again to be displayed ?
