I have forms but the fields are not labeled: Name, Email etc.

Where can I get some css to add labels to my form fields. I use Premium Web Cart for a list host.

Also, ... how do I get so that the fields are blank?

css to add labels ? I don't think it is the way it works. it's not in the premium cart than you define the field name ?

to close the ticket, it has been fixed with a custom development by skype with one of the main developpers.
